KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving, assessing and responding to requests submitted through the contact form
Carrying out proposal and business discussion processes
Running information security processes and operating the website securely
Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities

4. Collection method and legal bases

Your data is collected electronically, by automated and partly automated means, through the contact form on our website and server logs. It is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds that processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract (c), is necessary to fulfil the Company's legal obligations (ç), is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and is necessary for the Company's legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f). Record-keeping obligations under Law No. 5651 are reserved.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes above, to suppliers providing hosting, email and infrastructure services, and to legally authorised public authorities upon request, in line with KVKK Art. 8 and 9. Where a service provider's servers are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in compliance with the conditions of KVKK Art. 9.

6. Retention

Contact form data is kept for a reasonable period (no longer than 2 years) after the request is concluded; if it leads to a contractual relationship, the retention periods in the applicable legislation apply. Server logs are kept for the period required by law. Data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. How to apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by emailing [email protected] with information verifying your identity, or in writing to KOU Teknopark Campus, Vatan St. No: 83, D Block, Inner Door No: 208, Başiskele, Kocaeli, Türkiye. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

Site traffic is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); access to data is limited to authorised staff, and data is backed up regularly.
